First Degree Reckless Homicide 
On 12/4/18 Officers from the Janesville Police Department Street Crimes Unit were conducting follow up reference overdose investigations that occurred in the city of Janesville. Officers made contact at 609 East Milwaukee St with the suspect of the investigation, Taylor L. Fraunfelder. Taylor was taken into custody and arrested for First Degree Reckless Homicide, 2 counts of 2nd Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, 2 counts Delivery of Heroin <3g, and Felony Child Neglect. Taylor admitted to serving the overdoses, and was held at the Rock County Jail where he is currently being held pending his initial court appearance.
