Suffolk County Police today arrested two men in connection with drug charges following the execution of a search warrant at a residence in East Patchogue.
 
Following an investigation Seventh and Fifth Precinct Special Operation Teams, Emergency Service Section officers, and Seventh Precinct Gang Unit / Crime Section Unit officers executed a search warrant at 1322 Montauk Highway at 4:27 p.m.
 
Investigators seized heroin, cocaine, marijuana, a Kilo Press, two scales, eleven phones, a laptop, a file cabinet, a motor vehicle and $1,919.
 
Two men residing at the location were arrested. Victor Nicholas, 30, and Hahshim Saunders, 27, were both charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 1^st Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 2^nd Degree, two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3^rd Degree, and Criminal Possession of Marijuana 4^th Degree.  
 
They are being held overnight at the Seventh Precinct and are scheduled for arraignment at First District Court in Central Islip tomorrow.
 
 
A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
