33rd Annual Santa Parade this Saturday 
The 33rd Annual Santa Parade, sponsored by the Hawthorne Chamber of Commerce, is this Saturday morning, December 1 at 10 am.
The Parade will begin at the corner of Lafayette Avenue and Rea Avenue, The Parade proceeds south on Lafayette, where it turns left onto Diamond Bridge Avenue, where it will turn left onto Grand Avenue. The Parade ends at the back of the Louis Bay 2nd Library where Santa will greet the children, and Mrs. Claus will read stories to the children. Parents may take photos.
Festivities will continue behind the Library. This year everyone is encouraged to participate in the UGLY SWEATER CONTEST!
