Advisory

Residents affected by the La Tuna, Creek and Skirball Fire areas should be prepared for upcoming rain showers.

The following is an advisory message.

Individuals who reside in the areas affected by the La Tuna Canyon, Creek and Skirball fires should consider their storm preparedness. A cold front will move into the Los Angeles area this afternoon bringing precipitation, with heavier showers expected between 4am and 10am on Thursday, 11/29/2018. Neighborhoods in or near burn scar areas could be vulnerable to the potential for mud slides and/or debris flows. No evacuations are currently in effect.

If the situation changes, additional NotifyLA messages will be sent.
