On Tuesday, November 20, 2018, Neighborhood Services Code Enforcement staff responded to Broadway Park to enforce the Turlock Municipal Code regarding illegal property storage. The staff was met by several angry individuals. The Turlock Police Department responded to insure the safety of the staff. It was determined that an additional posting was necessary and was completed. This order was to be enforced today, November 21, 2018, at 3:30 P.M.

This morning, a comprehensive review was completed regarding the logistics necessary to effectively carry out the mission of enforcing the Turlock Municipal Code. The removal of illegally stored property will be postponed until Tuesday, November 27, 2018, in the afternoon. All illegally stored property will be removed at that time.

The additional violations of the Turlock Municipal Code, regarding erecting structures of any kind in parks, will continue to be enforced as will the illegal placement of property in roadways and public right-of-way.
