Highland's Christmas Parade is today at 4:45PM. The parade travels EB on Highway from First St. to Main Square. Highway Ave and Kennedy Ave near the parade route will be closed to vehicular traffic during the parade. PLEASE drive with caution.
NOTE: At the conclusion of the Parade there will be a Tree Lighting ceremony at Main Square, along with an opportunity for kids to visit Santa.
