Strong northerly winds gusting up to 40 mph with snowfall rates up to 1 inch per hour may be observed at times. This could lead to near white out conditions and dangerous travel. Traffic may be higher than normal Sunday morning due to the holiday weekend. This may create a significant hazard of slick roads, significantly reduced visibility, and increased motorists on the road. Traveling Sunday morning through Sunday evening will be highly discouraged due to these potential impacts.
