BCSO is seeking assistance in identifying the above pictured individual in reference to a Shoplifting incident which occurred on 11-11-18 at 2000 hours, at Wal-Mart, 4 Bluffton Road, Bluffton, SC. The above pictured suspect took a  red hand truck, then walked through the store loading it with several items. The suspect then pushed the hand truck out the front left doors of the store.  The stolen items are listed as a blue Power Stroke 3100 psi power washer; a black Kicker 125 watt amplifier; red Milwaukee hand truck and a black   Sylvania DVD player.
