Beginning December 17, 2018, SMS text messages will only be sent for emergency alerts (major emergencies, evacuation notices, and the like) and not for general news releases. Text messages will only be sent for emergencies which require immediate action in situations that pose a threat to life and property.
If you wish to add emails and receive all news releases and emergency notifications, go to http://www.grantcountywa.gov/SHERIFF/Media-PR/index.htm . Under “Sign up for alerts from the Grant County Sheriff's Office…”, enter your email address.
