Los Angeles County Sheriff's Homicide investigators are responding to assist El Monte Police Department with a death investigation. The incident was reported on the 10400 block of Garvey Avenue in El Monte, on Sunday, November 18, 2018 at approximately 5:30 p.m.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
