Deputies respond to a suspicious subject call and find an illegal marijuana cultivation

INCIDENT: HS 11358- Cultivation of Marijuana
LOCATION: 1900 block of Deer Haven Drive, Chino Hills
SUSPECT: Wan Lin, age 55, of Monterey Park
SUMMARY:
On Saturday, November 17, 2018, at 12:04 P.M., deputies from the Chino Hills Station responded to a report of a suspicious subject at a residence where marijuana was possibly being cultivated. Upon arrival, deputies located Wan Lin. Deputies confirmed the residence was being used to illegally cultivate marijuana. Members of the Narcotics Division responded and assumed the investigation. At the conclusion of the investigation, Wan Lin was booked into West Valley Detention Center for HS 11358- Illegal Cultivation of Marijuana.
