Motorists travelling on Willow Grove Street between Cindy Terrace and Bilby Road can expect delays today from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. due to the Holiday Lights Festival with Fireworks display. The Fireworks display is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Anyone attending the event should utilize the Hackettstown Medical Center's parking lots (651 Willow Grove St). If the hospital’s parking lots fill to capacity, people can park at the Willow Grove School (601 Willow Grove St). There will also be NO PARKING on Willow Grove St (Route 604) from Bilby Rd (Route 665) to Cindy Terrace; both sides. Any vehicles parked in NO PARKING areas will be ticketed and towed.
