Forest City Police Department is requesting the public's assistance in locating Terry Dean Ellenburg. Mr. Ellenburg was in the area of Wal-Mart around 1:45 pm this afternoon and he may be driving a silver 2006 Nissan Exterra with a NC registration of CHR-9025. Ellenburg is described as being 5’07”, brown hair, hazel eyes, 70 years of age and wearing a gray hoodie and blue jeans. Mr. Ellenburg may be suffering from dementia.
Mr. Ellenburg vehicle has been reported as being seen in the Kings Mountain area at 3:11 pm today on Shelby Road headed towards Shelby.
Anyone having contact with Mr. Ellenburg or his vehicle is asked to call 911 immediately.
