* TIMING...The strongest winds are expected this afternoon into this evening. The winds should diminish somewhat late tonight, before increasing again from the northwest and west early on Friday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds may blow down limbs, trees, and power lines. Scattered power outages are expected. Limited visibilities will make travel difficult.
* AFFECTED AREAS: EASTERN MONMOUTH ... COASTAL OCEAN ... WESTERN MONMOUTH ... OCEAN ... SOUTHEASTERN BURLINGTON
