Based on projected weather forecasts, a CODE BLUE is declared effective
1:30 PM Thursday, 15 November through 7:00 AM Friday, 16 November 2018. Overnight Shelters will be operating from 7pm-7am. Warming Centers are available from 7am-7pm during a declared Code Blue.
Call CONTACT at (856) 234-8888 for Shelter sites. CONTACT will assess the location of the homeless individual and recommend the appropriate shelter.
