Ice storm 
There are several reports of trees and power lines down. Use caution when walking near trees with low hanging branches. Avoid walking under trees where branches are likely to fall due to ice.
The ice storm warning is in effect until noon and ice accumulations could reach up to three-tenths of an inch.
