Anticipate slippery road conditions throughout the afternoon and evening commute.
A winter weather advisory means that periods of snow, sleet or freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Possible accumulations of 1 to 3 inches of wet snow can be expected before changing to all rain later this evening.
If necessary, remove cars from the roadway for plowing.
