...WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO
8 AM EST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total snow
  accumulations of 5 to 9 inches and ice accumulations of a light
  glaze expected.

* WHERE...In Pennsylvania, Bradford and Susquehanna Counties. In
  New York, Yates, Steuben, Schuyler, Chemung, Tompkins, Tioga
  and Broome Counties.

* WHEN...Snow develops mid to late afternoon. Sleet and perhaps
  freezing rain may mix in with the snow tonight, but
  precipitation returns to all snow into early Friday morning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel could be very difficult. The
  hazardous conditions could impact the evening and morning
  commutes.
