* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation possible. Total snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches possible and ice accumulations of two tenths to three tenths of an inch possible.

* WHERE...Northwest Pocahontas, Southeast Pocahontas and Southeast Randolph Counties.

* WHEN...From late Wednesday night through Thursday evening.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Power outages and tree damage are possible due to the ice. Travel could be nearly impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
