10/23/18 WTPD arrested Artur Kuligowski, age 35, of Rahway, NJ and Heather Keen, age 27, of Washington, NJ. On 10/23/18 at approximately 9:42 PM, patrol responded to the Taylor St. Park in Washington Borough for report of suspicious activity. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation it revealed that Ms. Keen had an outstanding $500.00 warrant for her arrest out of Linden Court. Mr. Kuligowski was found to have an open container of an alcoholic beverage. Both subjects were arrested without incident. Ms. Keen was processed and released with a new court date. Mr. Kuligowski was processed, charged with disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of an open container of an alcoholic beverage. He was released with a mandatory court date.

10/23/18 WTPD arrested Jacqueline Scheffer, age 53, of Phillipsburg, NJ for abandonment of an animal. On 10/23/18 at 5:47 PM, patrol responded to a residence in the 300 block of Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough for a person who had abandoned (5) cats. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, with the Animal Control Officer, Ms. Scheffer was charged with (5) counts of abandonment of an animal and given a mandatory court date.

10/23/18 WTPD arrested Beth Joyce, age 59, of Washington, NJ for disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 10/23/18 at 11:34 PM, patrol responded to Dunkin Donuts, 156 E. Washington Ave in Washington Borough, for an unwanted female screaming at customers. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Ms. Joyce, was charged with disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. She was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

10/25/18 WTPD arrested Lisa Dalrymple, age 55, of Washington, NJ for defiant trespass. On 10/26/18 at 1:35 AM, an officer on routine patrol in the area of Quick Chek, 30 Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough, observed Ms. Dalrymple, who is known to be banned from Quick Check, on the property. The officer made contact with Ms. Dalymple, who was charged with defiant trespass. She was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

10/25/18 WTPD arrested Bradley Rodenbough, age 50, of Phillipsburg, NJ for violation of a court order, harassment and possession of (CDS) less than 50 grams of marijuana. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.

10/26/18 WTPD arrested Philip Carlos, age 48, of Whitehouse Station, NJ for aggravated assault and simple assault. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.

10/26/18 WTPD arrested Eric Shelton, age 54, of Irvington, NJ for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Township. He was processed and released after posting bail.

10/31/18 WTPD arrested Melissa Wydner, age 33, of Washington, NJ for criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. On 10/31/18 at 12:42 PM, patrol responded to a residence in the 30 block of W. Warren St. in Washington Borough, for a report of a disorderly female. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Ms. Wydner, was charged with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. She was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

10/31/18 WTPD arrested Yaroslav Tishchenko, age 26, of Washington, NJ for possession of (CDS) Suboxone, possession of prescription legend drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. On 10/31/18 at approximately 6:17 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop in the 100 block of Rte. 57 E. in Washington Borough for vehicle obstructing traffic. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Tishchenko’s arrest for possession of (CDS) Suboxone, possession of prescription legend drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was charged with possession of (CDS) Suboxone, possession of prescription legend drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and issued a motor vehicle summonses for delaying traffic, careless driving, driving without headlights, CDS in a motor vehicle and failure to possess an insurance card. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

11/02/18 WTPD arrested Raymond Gardner 3rd, age 26, of Oxford, NJ for a $250.00 outstanding warrant out of Newark. On 11/02/18 at approximately 4:20 PM, patrol responded to a residence in the first block of Valley View Estates in Oxford Township for a dispute. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, it was revealed that Mr. Gardner was found to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest. He was taken into custody without incident, processed and released with a new court date.

11/03/18 WTPD arrested Teresa Sherman, age 51, of Washington, NJ for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Township. On 11/03/18 at approximately 2:50 AM, patrol responded to the area of S. Lincoln Ave in Washington Township for a suspicious person. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, it was revealed that Ms. Sherman had an outstanding warrant for her arrest. She was taken into custody without incident, processed and released with a new court date.

11/05/18 WTPD arrested Steven Stergion, age 75, and Robert Batchelor, age 63, both of Oxford, NJ for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 11/05/18 at approximately 10:30 PM, patrol responded to the first block of Valley View Estates in Oxford Township for a dispute. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, both men were issued a summons for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. They were released with mandatory court date(s).

11/06/18 WTPD arrested Matthew Riboldi, age 35, of Washington, NJ for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 11/06/18 at approximately 3:36 PM, patrol responded to the Shop Rite, 2 Clubhouse Dr in Washington Township for a man urinating in the parking lot. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Riboldi was issued a summons for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. He was released with mandatory court date.

11/06/18 WTPD arrested Raymond Gardner 3rd, age 26, of Oxford, NJ for a $130.00 outstanding warrant out of Hackettstown. He was processed and released after posting bail.

11/06/18 WTPD arrested John Hermes, age 35, and Ethan Young, age 18, both of Washington, NJ. On 11/06/18 at approximately 10:46 PM, patrol responded to a residence in the first block of Broad St. in Washington Borough for a possible burglary. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, both men were arrested for harassing wildlife (an injured deer) and disorderly conduct. Mr. Hermes was charged with disorderly conduct, local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance and an outstanding $500.00 warrant out of Washington Borough. Mr. Young was charged with disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. Both men were released with mandatory court date(s).

11/08/18 WTPD arrested Tiffany Savacool, age 29, of Califon, NJ for being an NCIC wanted person out of the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office. On 11/08/18 at 10:11 AM, patrol received information that Ms. Savacool, who was known to be an NCIC wanted person, was waiting for the Warren County Shuttle on E. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. The officer located the bus in the 300 block of Rte. 57 W. in Washington Township and made contact with Ms. Savacool, who was placed under arrest without incident on the outstanding NCIC warrant. She was processed and turned over to the Warren County Sheriff’s Department.

11/08/18 WTPD arrested Douglas Pohl, age 36, of Washington, NJ for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Hazlet Township. He was processed and released with a new court date.

11/09/18 WTPD arrested Penelope Taylor, age 64, of Asbury, NJ, for driving while intoxicated (DWI). On 11/09/18 at approximately 10:16 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Youmans Ave in Washington Borough for driving without headlights. The officer’s investigation resulted in the driver’s, Ms. Taylor’s, arrest for (DWI). She had a BAC of .20%. Ms. Taylor was charged with an open container of an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle, failure to use headlights when required, careless driving and (DWI). She was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

11/10/18 WTPD arrested Michael Curtin, age 31, of Parsippany, NJ for being an NCIC wanted person out of the Bergen County Sheriff’s Office. On 11/10/18 at 11:29 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Belvidere Ave in Oxford Township. The officer’s investigation resulted in the driver’s, Mr. Curtin’s arrest for the outstanding NCIC warrant. Mr. Curtin was processed, issued motor vehicle summonses for failure to produce documents, driving a motor vehicle without a driver’s license, driving with a suspended driver’s license, an unclear license plate, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving a motor vehicle without insurance. Mr. Curtin was released to the Bergen County Sheriff’s Department.

11/10/18 WTPD arrested Shannon Shubick, age 32, of Woodbridge, NJ for a $750.00 outstanding warrant out of Woodbridge Township. She was processed and released with a new court date.

11/11/18 WTPD arrested Jessica Johnson, age 27, of Jersey City, NJ for a $750.00 outstanding warrant out of Hillside. She was processed and released with a new court date.
