Beginning Monday, November 12 and continuing through Wednesday, November 14, construction crews are scheduled to begin milling, paving, and reconstructing Eleventh Street between Washington Street and Park Street. The resurfacing of 11th Street is part of the City's 2017 Roadway Improvement Project which will continue spring of 2019 with bump-out and drainage improvements at Park st and 11th St. Motorists should expect closures both at Willow Ave and Washington Street, and cross streets as streets will be closed at times due to contractor operations. Work hours will be between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. The schedule for milling and paving operations is as follows: • Monday: Milling both directions, full width of 11th St from Washington St to Park St. • Tuesday: Paving both directions, full width 11th St from Washington St to Park St. and install required road striping.
