The perimeter WITHIN Reino Rd. to Lynn Rd, to Highway 101;
The perimeter WITHIN Highway 23, to Thousand Oaks Blvd., to Erbes Rd., to Sunset Hills Blvd.;
The perimeter WITHIN Olsen Rd., to Highway 23, and Sunset Hills Blvd.
