CORRECTION! Closure of Westbound Deforest Rd at the Northern State Pkwy Interchange
THE ORIGINAL NIXLE APPEARS BELOW:
As part of the NYS Route 231 Safety Improvement at Northern State Parkway Interchange Project, please be informed that beginning on Friday, November 9, 2018, Deforest Rd will be closed to all westbound traffic. The westbound traffic will be detoured to Rt.231 via Hunting Hill Dr and Foxmeadow Dr. This closure will be in effect until the close of business on Wednesday, November 21, 2018.
As with most roadwork projects, work may be cancelled, postponed or prolonged due to inclement weather.
Please see the attached map for details and please plan accordingly and be prepared for possible traffic delays.

We have just been informed that Westbound Deforest Road will NOT be closed tomorrow, Friday, November 09, 2018. The closure may begin on Monday, November 12, 2018. We will attempt to provide further updates as information is made available to us.
