According to the Wisconsin Department of Community Corrections (DCC), Antwonn R. Simmons will be relocated to 118 N. Terrace St, Janesville, WI on November 27, 2018.

Simmons was convicted of 2nd degree sexual assault of a child and 3rd degree sexual assault on October 15, 2014 and July 15, 2015.

While placed at 118 N. Terrace St, Janesville, WI, conditions of Simmons supervision include, but are not limited to: No unapproved activities in the community without prior approval of the DCC Supervising Agent; No contact with minors; No patronizing taverns, bars or liquor stores; No contact with victims; Not to consume alcohol or drugs; Comply with standard sex offender rules; and Cooperate with GPS monitoring.
