EPD arrest felon in possession of a loaded firearm, narcotics, burglary tools and stolen vehicle

On 11/08/18 at approx. 12:43 am Emeryville Officers responded to the 1300 block of 40th Street for a solo vehicle collision. Officers located the driver in the vehicle. The investigation revealed the vehicle was reported stolen out of Oakland PD. During the investigation the officers located a loaded 9mm firearm, multiple rounds of ammunition, burglary tools and methamphetamines inside the vehicle. The suspect was booked into jail for multiple firearm violations, possession of a stolen vehicle, burglary tools and possession of methamphetamines.

The suspect was identified as Oakland resident, Tylor Lapomardo.
