High Wind Warning until 10:00PM Friday 
The National Weather Service in San Diego has issued a High Wind Warning...which is in effect from 10 AM Thursday to 10 PM PST Friday.
* Winds...Strong northeast winds of 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 65 mph will surface in the San Bernardino Mountains and passes, the Inland Empire, and most of Orange County.
* Locations...Below the Cajon Pass including San Bernardino, Rialto, Fontana, and Rancho Cucamonga. In Orange County the cities of Tustin, Irvine, Laguna Hills, Mission Viejo, and San Clemente will be affected. The strongest winds will be in the Santa Ana Mountains and Foothills at Fremont Canyon and Pleasants Peak where gusts to 65 mph are possible.
* Impacts...Hazardous driving conditions. Strong cross winds. Downed trees and power lines.
* Outlook...Another moderately strong Santa Ana event Sunday afternoon through Monday.
* AFFECTED AREAS: ORANGE COUNTY INLAND ... SANTA ANA MOUNTAINS AND FOOTHILLS ... SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY MOUNTAINS ... SAN BERNARDINO AND RIVERSIDE COUNTY VALLEYS-THE INLAND EMPIRE

A High Wind Warning means a hazardous high wind event is expected or occurring. Sustained wind speeds of at least 40 mph or gusts of 58 mph or more can lead to property damage.
