Another round of increased offshore flow is forecast to develop late Wednesday night and persist into early Friday morning across the North Bay Mountains and East Bay Hills.   recoveries less than 30%.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now...or will shortly. A combination of strong winds...low relative humidity...and warm temperatures can contribute to extreme fire behavior.

Do not mow dry grass. Do not use mechanized or powered equipment in or near dry vegetation.  Refrain from using outdoor fire pits. Report any sign of smoke or fire immediately by calling 911.
