A power vault exploded in the area of 350 S. McPherrin causing a widespread power outage.

Edison teams are working to address the problem as we speak. An estimated 2600 residents are affected throughout the City. Numerous intersections and traffic signals are also affectes. At this time, there is no estimated time of when the power will be completely restored; however, Edison advised restoration would be done in sections at a time.
