The National Weather Service in Lincoln has issued a Dense Fog Advisory, which is in effect until 9 AM CDT this morning.

* VISIBILITY...Visibility of one-quarter mile or less at times is expected.

* IMPACTS...Motorists are advised to drive with caution early this morning...and plan extra time to arrive at their destination...due to low visibility.

* AFFECTED AREAS: SHELBY ... SCOTT ... EFFINGHAM ... CLAY ... FULTON ... MENARD ... MASON ... CASS ... SANGAMON ... CHRISTIAN ... MORGAN ... SCHUYLER

Instructions:

A Dense Fog Advisory means visibilities will frequently be reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
