SUSPECT: Andrew Peele, 20 years old, resident of Yucaipa

SUMMARY:
On Tuesday, October 27, 2018 at 9:04 p.m., the victim was at the Live Oak Canyon Pumpkin Patch in the City of Yucaipa and was preparing to ride the zip-line at the amusement park. Andrew Peele is an employee who was working the attraction. As he adjusted the victim’s harness, Peele placed his hands on the inner thighs of the victim and made inappropriate comments to her. The victim became uncomfortable and used her hands to prevent Peele from touching her further. Deputies were called to the scene and, at the conclusion of their investigation, Peele was placed under arrest and booked at Central Detention Center for PC 647.6(a)(1).
