This weekend we held our 3rd annual Trunk or Treat & Car Show at the Richard Hammack Center. It was a great event where we came together with the community and held a safe environment for children to "trick or treat." Each year we keep getting bigger and this year we were able to expand our venue. Over 100 cars showed off their great decorations, 3,000 people in attendance, and thousands of candies given away. 

With today being Halloween, we want to remind parents and children to remember these easy safety tips:

* Have a route plan, walk in groups, and use. flashlights 
* Look both ways before crossing the street and use controlled      intersections whenever possible
* Don't let electronic devices distract you and watch where you are walking.
* Always inspect the candy
