The Harvey Cedars Police Department will participate again in the ‘No Shave November’ campaign aimed at bringing awareness and helping those impacted by a cancer diagnosis by providing financial assistance. 
Members of our Police Department will go through the entire month of November without shaving to help raise cancer awareness and funding. Each of the Officers will also voluntarily make a monetary donation.

“Cancer has an impact on all of us. Being able to bring awareness and raise money for this is something that we can all take part in.” Chief Robert Burnaford.

This year, we have partnered with "David's Dream & Believe Cancer Foundation" (DDBCF) to raise funds which will go directly back to those impacted by cancer. DDBCF is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that raises funds to provide financial assistance, wellness services and hope to families affected by a cancer diagnosis. They are located in Stafford Township in Ocean County.
