Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Sixth Precinct Crime Section officers are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate two men who stole merchandise from two businesses on the same day.

Two men attempted to steal a Netgear range extender from Staples, located at 5141 Nesconset Highway in Port Jefferson Station, on October 22 at approximately 11:15 a.m. An employee confronted the men, who left the merchandise and fled in a blue/gray Hyundai sedan with a broken rear passenger side window. Approximately five minutes later, the same men stole diet pills from CVS, located at 1110 Route 112 in Port Jefferson Station.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
