10/16 – 10:05 p.m. – Police responded to a domestic disturbance between two adult aged brothers, on East Washington Street. An investigation revealed there had been physical contact made during the altercation. The parties were separated and, along with other family members, were interviewed. The case was forwarded to the state’s attorney’s office for review. On October 25th the St. Clair County State’s Attorney’s Office charged the suspect, Zachary S. Thrower age 18 of Millstadt, with one count of Domestic Battery – Physical Contact; A Class A Misdemeanor. His bond was set at $5,000. He was apprehended later that day.
