REMOVING TREES-ROAD CLOSURE-WATKINS AVE FROM GROVE ST. TO FAIRVIEW ST. OCT 30TH - 8:00AM-3:00PM
Watkins Ave will be closed to traffic from Grove Street to Fairview during the duration of work, with work taking place immediately at 14 Watkins. Work is expected to take the duration of the day. As such, it is advised that residents move their vehicles prior to the start of work.
The project will create some disruptions for property owners and residents. There will be times when private entrance ways will be inaccessible as work progresses. Addresses directly affected include: 11, 14, and 15 Watkins, whose residents/owners are urged to move their vehicles prior to work starting, lest access be restricted.

The City of Oneonta along with NYSEG contractor Asplundh will be removing trees on Watkins Ave beginning 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday October 30th, 2018, weather permitting. October 29, 2018
