The Plainfield Police Department wishes to advise residents to be watchful for any signs of abnormal activity regarding Halloween Festivities on October 30th and October 31st. Immediately contact the police if you notice any of this activity.

We are asking for everyone to adhere to the voluntary curfew of 8:00 pm on both days. Parents and guardians are advised to accompany children during "Trick or Treating" ventures.

There will be extra officers patrolling the city in both marked and unmarked vehicles. Be assured, we will work diligently to prevent and address any challenges that may arise to maintain an orderly festive event. The public's support and cooperation, as always, is the key component to the success of our mission.
