Rabarsahr Singleton was arrested after attempting to evade deputies; Singleton had a no bail warrant for kidnapping

INCIDENT: Warrant Arrest for Kidnapping

LOCATION: 13000 block of Central Rd. Apple Valley

SUSPECT: Rabarsahr Singleton, age 36 a resident of Adelanto

VICTIM: Confidential

SUMMARY:
On October 25, 2018, Apple Valley Deputies responded to an residence in the 13000 block of Central Road regarding an unknown disturbance. Prior to the deputies arrival, the suspect, later identified as Rabarsahr Singleton, left the location. Singleton was found to be a wanted felon with a No Bail Warrant for Kidnapping and has evaded arrest for several months. During the investigation, deputies determined Singleton had returned to the scene and was hiding inside one of the apartments. Deputies detained Singleton after a short foot pursuit. Singleton was arrested and booked into the High Desert Detention Center for his Kidnapping Warrant.
