UPDATE
Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Homicide Detectives are investigating the stabbing death of a female black adult and the shooting death of a male black adult which occurred on the 4200 block of Carlin Avenue, Lynwood on October 26, 2018 at approximately 8:44 A.M.
Deputies from Century Station responded to the location regarding an emergency medical call. Upon their arrival, they located a female black adult who had sustained multiple stab wounds to her upper torso. She was pronounced dead at the scene. They also located a male black adult who sustained a gunshot wound to the upper torso. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The preliminary investigation revealed that the male and female were married with two juvenile children, a 12 year old male, and an 11 year old female. It appears that the male, who is being classified as the suspect, stabbed the female victim to death, before shooting himself.
There were no other reported injuries. The children were at the location at the time of the incident.
No other individuals are being sought.
The investigation is ongoing and there is no further information available at this time.

Los Angeles County Sheriff's Homicide detectives are responding to investigate the stabbing death of a female, and the shooting death of a male. The victims were discovered on Friday, October 26, 2018 at approximately 8:53 A.M. on the 4200 block of Carlin Avenue, Lynwood.
Both victims were pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing and there is no further information available at this time.
