Road closures in downtown Pleasanton tomorrow from 6:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. for the Foothill Band Review.

The Foothill High School band program is conducting it's 44th annual band review and competition Saturday, October 27th, 2018. Approximately 40 bands will participate in the event which consists of a parade beginning at Amador Valley High School that proceeds through the downtown area, followed by a band competition for the remainder of the day and into the night at Foothill High School.

The parade portion of the event will include several road closures in the downtown area beginning at 6:30 a.m. through approximately 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 27th.

The road closures are as follows:

- Del Valle Parkway between Man and Hometown Way
- Vervais Road at Santa Rita Road
- Southbound lanes of Santa Rita Road to Stanley
- Main Street from Stanley to Abbie Street
- Rose Avenue between Main Street and Peters Avenue
- Angela Street from Main Street to Peters Avenue

The following streets will be closed to through or cross traffic at Main Street:

- Ray Street
- Spring Street
- Division Street
- Rose/Neal Avenue

The competition portion of the event begins at 2:45 p.m. and is anticipated to conclude at approximately 11:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 27th. While there are no road closures for this portion, (it all takes place on campus) traffic and parking issues may impact the surrounding area.

If your travels include any of the listed areas, please plan to spend extra time navigating the area and drive with caution.
