Frost Advisory until 10:00AM Monday 
Gusty northwest winds behind a recently passed cold front will continue to usher in some of the coldest air of the season across the mountains of North Carolina and Rabun County in Georgia this morning. The gusty winds combined with cold temperatures will cause an even colder wind chill effect. Cold high pressure will settle over the region tonight, resulting in even colder temperatures for early Monday morning. The National Weather Service in Greenville-Spartanburg has issued a Frost Advisory, which is in effect from midnight tonight to 10 AM EDT Monday.
* LOCATIONS...Portions of the Northwest Piedmont in North Carolina and Upstate South Carolina.
* TEMPERATURES...Lows in the mid 30s.
* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation.
