* TIMING...Beginning late this evening across the Appalachians and shortly after midnight across the Blue Ridge. The strongest wind gusts will be diminishing near sunrise.
* WINDS...Northwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
