On 10/19/18 at approximately 1:23 P.M., Officers were dispatched to Park Avenue and Hubbard Street on a report of a strong armed robbery.

An officer contacted the victim. She reported when she returned home, she found suspects leaving her residence located at 1500 Park Avenue. The suspects committed a burglary of the victim's residence. One of the suspects had the victim's property in his possession.

The victim attempted to recover her property from the suspects and she was involved in a physical struggle with the suspects. The victim's cell phone was stolen during the incident.

The suspects were chased away by several witnesses. One of the witnesses followed the direction of flight of the suspects. The witness lost sight of the suspects and officers did not locate the suspects. The victim was able to recover some of her property.
