On October 16, 2018, at approximately 1400 hours, the at-risk, missing person walked away from her residence, located in the 300 block of Walnut Avenue, Arcadia. Family members suspect she may be headed to the City of San Gabriel. The missing person does not drive, has a limp in her step, and uses a red walker to assist her.
MISSING PERSON: Tsai Chi Huang – Chinese female, 87 years old, brown neck length hair, brown eyes, 5’06”, 100 pounds. She was last seen wearing a blue and white hat, beige jacket, and black pants.
