Dense Fog Advisory until 09:00AM 
The National Weather Service in Portland has issued a Dense Fog Advisory, which is in effect until 9 AM PDT this morning.
* VISIBILITIES...1/4 to 1/2 mile.
* TIMING...Through 9 AM.
* IMPACTS...Expect abrupt changes in visibilities over short distances when traveling through the river valleys along the Oregon coast including Highway 101. Dense fog has been observed near Astoria, Tillamook, Newport and Florence early this morning.
* AFFECTED AREAS: NORTH OREGON COAST ... CENTRAL OREGON COAST
Instructions:
A Dense Fog Advisory means visibilities will frequently be reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
