Deputies arrest Lily Collins and Vincent Rudolph of Victorville for Possession of Marijuana for Sales

LOCATION: 15400 block of Nisqualli Road, Victorville
SUSPECT(S): Lily Collins, 21-year old Victorville resident
Vincent Rudolph, 26-year old Victorville resident
SUMMARY:
Deputies from the Victorville Police Department’s Multiple Enforcement Team received information and began an investigation on an alleged illegal marijuana dispensary, being run at a residence in the 15400 block of Nisqualli Road. On October 17, 2018, Deputy A. Medawar, Deputy F. Demara, and Deputy M. Baltierra served a search warrant at the location.
Through the investigation and service of the search warrant, it was discovered Lily Collins, and Vincent Rudolph had been running the illegal dispensary out of their apartment for the past year. During the search, deputies recovered a large amount of marijuana, methamphetamine, packaging materials, a large amount of cash, and other items consistent with the sale of marijuana.
Collins and Rudolph were arrested and booked at High Desert Detention Center for possession of marijuana for sale. The case will be forwarded to the District Attorney’s office for review and consideration of further charges.
