In October of this year, Tippecanoe County Superior Court 1 issued an arrest warrant for Lonnie Floyd Todd Jr for dealing in cocaine, narcotics, or methamphetamine, and for possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug. An additional warrant out of Tippecanoe County Superior Court 1 was issued for Todd for the charges of dealing in methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine (2 counts), unlawful possession of a syringe (2 counts), possession of a lookalike drug, unlawful possession of anabolic steroids, resisting law enforcement, possession of a synthetic drug, and possession of paraphernalia.

The fact a person has been arrested or charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
