3RD PRECINCT EXECUTIVE OFFICER, MILAGROS SOTO ISSUES ADVISORY TO RESIDENTS TO SAFEGUARD THEMSELVES AGAINST CAR THEFTS. 
Deputy Inspector, Milagros Soto, issues this reminder to all residents regarding car thefts: Do not leave your car running and unattended. Due to the cold weather, many people leave their cars running in order to warm them up. Be aware that thieves drive around looking for the opportunity to steal running vehicles. Don’t fall victim-secure your car.
