According to the Wisconsin Department of Community Corrections (DCC), Robert J. Black was relocated to 1214 Cherry St, Janesville, WI on August 21, 2018.

Black was convicted of Exposing a Child to Harmful Materials on August 12, 2014.

While placed at 1214 Cherry St, Janesville, WI, conditions of Black’s supervision include, but are not limited to: No unapproved activities in the community without prior approval of the DCC Supervising Agent; No contact with minors; No patronizing taverns, bars or liquor stores; No contact with victims; Not to consume alcohol or drugs; Comply with standard sex offender rules; and Cooperate with GPS monitoring.
