Today, Borough officials road alongside the Department of Public Works in an effort to address recycling problems brought to our attention by the County.

We attached pictures of what we've found; and what we found is unacceptable.

Over 110 warning notices were issued to households, with many robo containers rejected. No additional pickups will be provided. As such, recycling will continue next week.

Please be advised that by placing trash, plastic bags or construction material in your recycling containers, you are costing yourself and your neighbors more money.
