Synopsis: A 67 year old female pedestrian was crossing 5700 El Cajon Bl midblock outside of a crosswalk. She was crossing southbound. A 47 year old male driving his 2006 Honda Civic hit the pedestrian. The pedestrian was transported to the hospital with several facial fractures and the injuries are life threatening. San Diego Police Traffic Division is investigating.
